Daily intake
  • As a food supplement, take one capsule daily with food. Two capsules per day with food are advisable when travelling to less developed areas of the world.

  • For children above 2 years of age, simply empty the contents of one capsule into cold milk, juice, yoghurt or other cold drink or food.
