Usage
  • Adults and children over 12 years old: As a food supplement, take one sachet per day in the evening. Empty contents of the sachet into a mug and add hot water to dissolve.
  • Children aged 4 to 12: As a food supplement, take half a sachet per day in the evening. Empty half a sachet into a mug and add hot water to dissolve.
  • Store in a cool, dry place – does not require refrigeration
