How should I take the supplements from the adults range?

As a food supplement, for best results take two capsules per day with food for 1-4 months (depending on personal need), and thereafter reduce to one capsule per day with food for maintenance. Store in a cool, dry place — no refrigeration required.

Are the products suitable for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free or dairy-free diets?
