How to take:

How Does Fit for School Chewables Reach The Vaginal Microbiome?

The vagina has its own microbiome, dominated by Lactobacillus bacteria species (and specifically Lactobacillus crispatus and Lactobacillus gasseri). Bacteria easily move between the intestinal canal and the vagina, so oral capsules can help to support the populations of specific types of bacteria in both the gut and vaginal microbiomes.
