ProVen Biotics Fit for School stick packs have been specially formulated for children aged 3-16 years old. Each stick pack contains 12.5 billion of the unique Lab4 Acidophilus and Bifidus friendly bacteria combined with vitamins C and D to provide support for your child(ren)’s immune function.

ProVen Fit for School stick packs are provided as single one-a-day powder sachets that can be taken straight from the pack or are easy to add to food or drink. They are sweet to taste and are sweetened only with prebiotic FOS (fructooligosaccharides) fibre, which helps to feed the friendly bacteria - completely free from any added sugar and sweeteners.

ProVen Fit for School was used in the ProChild study, which took place over a six-month period throughout autumn and winter. The product is also available in chewable tablet format, with each chewable tablet containing 12.5 billion friendly bacteria and vitamin C.

Usage

How Does Fit for School Stick Packs Reach The Vaginal Microbiome?

The vagina has its own microbiome, dominated by Lactobacillus bacteria species (and specifically Lactobacillus crispatus and Lactobacillus gasseri). Bacteria easily move between the intestinal canal and the vagina, so oral capsules can help to support the populations of specific types of bacteria in both the gut and vaginal microbiomes.

Women’s Intimate Flora is designed to target the health of the vaginal microbiome, including the two main Lactobacillus species found in a healthy vaginal microbiome, Lactobacillus crispatus and Lactobacillus gasseri. It also contains vitamins A and D, which are involved in cell renewal and mucous membrane health, to support the overall health of the vaginal tract.

ProVen For Women is a more general product for women designed more for gut microbiome and hormonal support, including vitamin B6, and also includes Lactobacillus gasseri and cranberry.

Yes these products can be taken together – this would include around 25 billion Lab4 (which is the clinically researched dose) plus a higher dose of Lactobacillus gasseri and a wider range of nutrients.

There are no contraindications and no cross-over of vitamins, and taking both products would simply ‘cover more bases’ and provide higher levels of the live bacteria.
