Who are the gut clinic sessions for?

These 60-minute appointments are intended for women in the perimenopause and menopause stages of life looking to discuss their gut health and how supporting their gut might help to support them through this next phase of their life.

Please book a session if you feel that you might benefit from a deeper understanding of how your gut is working to support your health and/or if you would like to learn more about our products and how they can support your menopause journey.

How do I book a session?

To book a session, simply click on the 'Select a time' button above and you will see all of the available time slots.

Click on the one that you want to book and you will be asked to fill in your first name, last name, email address and telephone number.

Click 'Confirm Booking' and both you and Adrienne will receive an email confirming the time and day of the appointment and the Microsoft Teams link for the meeting.

Who will attend the session?

The session will take place as an online meeting hosted via Microsoft Teams. It will be you and Adrienne, our nutritionist and will be completely confidential.

You are of course able to have a friend or family member attend the session with you if you choose. They can either join alongside you on your computer or phone or you can share your link with them and they can attend from their own computer or phone.

We will not share the link or invite anybody else to attend from our side.

How long are the gut clinic sessions available for?

We plan to run these sessions on various days and times throughout October, to coincide with Menopause Awareness Month.

They will start from the week commencing 6th October and run until at least the end of the month. We may extend this offer into November, depending on demand.

Are the sessions confidential?

Yes - the sessions are 100% confidential and will only be between you and Adrienne, our nutritionist.

There will be no recording of sessions and the content will not be used elsewhere in either written or spoken form.
