15% Off Your First & All Recurring Orders

1. Programme Overview

Proven Biotics offers a Subscribe & Save programme that gives all customers 15% off their first order and every recurring order placed through the official Proven Biotics website. These terms and conditions govern participation in the Subscribe & Save programme.

2. Eligibility

•        The Subscribe & Save programme is open to all customers aged 18 years or older.

•        There is no limit on the number of Subscribe & Save orders a customer may place.

•        Customers must have a valid account on the Proven Biotics website to enrol in the programme.

3. Discount

•        A 15% discount is automatically applied to your first Subscribe & Save order and all subsequent recurring orders — no promotional code is required.

•        The discount applies to the product price only and excludes delivery charges, applicable taxes, and any other fees.

•        The Subscribe & Save discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless expressly stated.

4. Subscription Management

•        By enrolling, customers agree to recurring orders at their chosen subscription frequency (e.g. monthly, every 2 months).

•        Customers may change their delivery frequency, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time before the next scheduled order date via their account settings or by contacting customer support.

•        Cancellations or changes made after an order has been processed will apply to the following scheduled order.

5. Product Availability

•        The 15% discount is valid on all Subscribe & Save eligible products available on the Proven Biotics website, subject to stock availability.

•        Proven Biotics reserves the right to substitute any out-of-stock product with an equivalent product of equal or greater value.

6. Pricing

•        Product prices are subject to change. The price charged will be the price applicable at the time each individual order is processed, less the 15% Subscribe & Save discount.

•        Customers will be notified of any significant price changes prior to their next scheduled order.

7. Returns & Refunds

•        Proven Biotics' standard returns and refunds policy applies to all Subscribe & Save orders.

•        If a Subscribe & Save order is returned, any discount applied will be deducted from the refund amount issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

•        Proven Biotics accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the Subscribe & Save programme, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

•        Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. General

•        Proven Biotics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Subscribe & Save programme at any time without prior notice.

•        These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

•        By enrolling in the Subscribe & Save programme, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
