Proven Biotics is offering 40% off the first Subscribe & Save order placed through the official Proven Biotics website (the "Promotion"). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Eligibility

•        The Promotion is open to new and existing customers who have not previously placed a Subscribe & Save order with Proven Biotics.

•        Customers must be aged 18 years or older.

•        The Promotion is valid for one (1) use per customer, per household and per payment method.

•        Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Proven Biotics and their immediate family members are excluded from this Promotion.

3. Promotional Period

•        The Promotion commences immediately upon publication and ends at 23:59 (BST) on 15 May 2026 (the "Closing Date").

•        Any Subscribe & Save orders placed after the Closing Date will not be eligible for the 40% discount.

•        Proven Biotics reserves the right to extend or end the Promotion early at its sole discretion.

4. Discount & How to Redeem

•        A 40% discount will be automatically applied to the first qualifying Subscribe & Save order at checkout — no promotional code is required.

•        The discount applies to the product price only and excludes delivery charges, applicable taxes, and any other fees.

•        The 40% discount applies to the first order only. Subsequent Subscribe & Save orders will be charged at the standard Subscribe & Save rate.

•        This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotional code unless expressly stated.

5. Subscribe & Save Programme

•        By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to enrol in the Proven Biotics Subscribe & Save programme, which involves recurring orders at the chosen subscription frequency.

•        Customers may cancel or modify their subscription at any time before the next scheduled order date via their account settings or by contacting customer support.

•        Proven Biotics’ standard Subscribe & Save terms and conditions apply to all subsequent orders.

6. Product Availability

•        The Promotion is valid on all Subscribe & Save eligible products available on the Proven Biotics website, subject to stock availability.

•        Proven Biotics reserves the right to substitute any product with an equivalent product of equal or greater value if required.

7. Returns & Refunds

•        Proven Biotics’ standard returns and refunds policy applies to all orders placed under this Promotion.

•        If a promotional order is returned, any discount applied will be deducted from the refund amount issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

•        Proven Biotics accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in this Promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

•        Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. General

•        Proven Biotics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

•        These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

•        By participating in this Promotion, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
